Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a secular practice rooted in Buddhist psychology that has been show to be effective in the treatment of many different diagnoses including; depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, reducing stress, reducing parenting stress, chronic pain, and as well as many diagnoses.

The most cutting-edge research on mindfulness has found that mindfulness can actually create significant changes in the brain. Brain imaging research shows that mindfulness can actually alter brain structure; essentially rewiring our brains to reduce stress and worry. This enables us to worry less, be more present in the moment, be less reactive to situations, reducing stress and allowing us to enjoy our relationships more fully.
Mindfulness techniques focus on awareness of the present moment by focusing on our breath, sensory experience, thoughts and feelings without labeling them & without attachment or judgment.
